PAINT DID NOT MATCH!! Car was received back less than pre-loss condition with the paint job. And talked to other professionals that verified he pulled a paint code and did not match the variation, possibly poor technique and or prep. After several requests for him to honor and warranty his work denied. We are not happy with the insurance adjuster either who seems to care more about the body shop than their client

They have done an amazing job on our vehicle after a nightmare claims experience with our insurance company. They took the time to work with us to get through this process. They are very talented and love what they do! I would recommend them to anyone!

Not happy at all with Nicki. Never got a full invoice for services render. Just a typed out total on letterhead. Only recorded was from Insurance company. I feel any company that does business should have an invoice showing everything done for that customer with the name of that business. This is the first time we have taken anything to a repair shop and not received an itemized list of parts, labor and freight charges. Mark up was crazy because it was double what the initial quote was. Thankful for our insurance company!! Will not be back!!

We rented an RV for the weekend. A $300 dollar deposit was paid in the event the tank was not emptied upon return or any damages to the camper were made. The camper was dated. However, I was thinking it was okay for a weekend. WRONG! The first night we had to stay in a hotel because the hundred year old generator would not work. We called several times that Friday but didn't get anyone. Luckily, we had someone to rig it, but it kept going out. The mattresses were old and one was stained, but I sprayed them down and covered them. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor and I had to use several towels to soak up the water. The television did not work. When the weekend was over, we cleaned up, emptied the tank (which apparently had never been emptied....it was the worst thing anyone has ever seen, I got sick). A couple days passed and my husband called to inquire about his deposit. He was told he would not be getting it because the tank had not been emptied. I then called to see if maybe there was some mistake. The lady on the phone was rude, told me she had already explained to my husband about the tank and then went on to add in that WE ruined their mattress which were new. I was i

If google had a beyond 5 stars button, that is what RV auto & collision deserves! Nikki and her team there are fantastic at what they do. During our experience we had MANY bumps in the road getting warranty to cover our awning. Nikki went above and beyond for us and helping us come out with exactly what we needed done and to finally get our travel trailer ready for our next camping trip. She is the only one that was going to bat for us and the only one actually communicating with us. When it came time for our appointment date, which they squeezed us in for, it was ready not even 2 hours later for us. We will definitely be returning to them for anything we need done with our travel trailer! Thank you so much Nikki and guys in the shop for helping us out!
